Our Team

Julio Rodriguez has been a member of the Paxton Law Firm since the beginning and has over 20 years experience in personal injury. Julio is in charge of building and maintaining a connection with current and past clients and ensuring clients’ needs are met and exceeded as well as building the firm’s brand awareness. With that being said, Julio also supervises the pre-litigation department in all areas of case management and when needed also assists the litigation department with drafting pleadings and answering discovery. Given his vast experience in personal injury, he is also conducts investigations related to auto accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, work related injuries, construction accidents and slip and falls. Outside of the firm, Julio enjoys traveling with his family, watching sports and being a Father to his new born son.
